Need further help ordering or suggestions for your order?

Welcome to customer care! For all occasion, it's always best to send gifts earlier than later. If you can send flowers one day earlier this may not only make the recipient feel you are well planned and thoughtful, it will also leave less room for error in case there are any problems such delivery issues, delays or any other unforeseen problems on the day of the occasion.

What is even more important that the gift itself is the thought. This is easier said than done. What you write in the greeting message is just as important as the gift itself. Writing something touching isn't always that easy but we suggest just writing how you truly feel and being as sincere as much as possible. You are always welcome to ask us for suggestions at anytime.

Lastly, making the recipient happy is the goal. Their happiness in return is your happiness. And if you think about it, your happiness is their happiness. Thus, all being said, sincerity is the key when sending a gift to someone.

How to order

Choose your item(s) ...

1) Drag the item to the blank space pad >>> 2) arrange the item(s) however you wish and submit >>>3) Fill out form and SUBMIT >>> 4) Complete payment >>> 5) Please make sure you have received your payment confirmation.

If in the case the order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you. We can then discuss the alternative options. If nothing is workable, we will cancel and refund your order.

Payment Questions

PAYPAL, AMAZONPAY & AUTHORIZE.NET

We accept most all forms of credit cards, such as Visa, Master card and American Express, via Paypal, Amazonpay and Authorize.net. Paypal is the preferrred method of payment which processes credit cards. If you are unable or do not want to use Paypal you may try to use Amazonpay or Authorize.net. When using Authorize.net the information you enter must match EXACTLY with your billing information otherwise the payment will be declined. When using Authorize.net if there is any mismatch of information, your payment may need further verification.

BANK TRANSFERS

You may also make a bank transfer but the order will not be processed until the transfer process is completed. For payments by bank, please let us know your order number and location and we will check if we have a local bank for deposit. Once you initiate the transfer please forward us the payment receipt with your order number in the subject header to gifts@createflowers.com

There are a lot of benefits in signing up for an account. You can keep track and view all your previous orders, you can auto fill in the recipient's information in the checkout form, save your favorite items so in the future you can review them again, you can get petalpoints which are bonus points that can eventually be used for free gifts and upgrades, you can get discounts using Beebates which are similar to rebates, you can earn money from your beebate code, you can add credit into your account making it easier to make purchases without having to make credit card payments each time for each order and lastly receive discounts and offers.

ONLINE SUPPORT

Because we are now taking all international orders from people of different languages and countries it is easier to communicate by email which is faster and more effective and efficient. It is easier to view order numbers with less mistakes, less language barriers and miscommunications as everything is clearly written. We are amongst the fastest in reply time than most florists in our industry!

PHONE AND TEXT MESSAGE SUPPORT

You can send a SMS (Text Messages) and leave a voice call messages but the reply time will be slower and you need to read out your order number, leave your full name, your email address and a message to our US Call Center number (913) 535-6937 OR 9135 FLOWER. (ie. Please contact John Smith, Order Number xxxxxxxx, johnsmith@myemail.com, Need to change my order details.) We will still handle everything online and reply by email.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT

For website technical issues, such as getting an error, please email us and in the subject header write the issue. We will try to fix the issue as fast as possible.

Order By Mail
    Should there be a problem entering your order, you may send us an email to gifts@createflowers.com with your order information and we will enter the order for you.
    You should received a confirmation of payment email once payment is completed. Please provide the following information and allow enough time for your order to be processed:
    1. Your name and contact number
    2. The item number you wish to order. The item number can be found below the photo image.
    3. Recipient's name and contact number. Important to verify the address, especially when there is a problem.
    4. Recipient's full address
    5. Delivery date and time period.
       (a) Morning before noon -extra fee applies
       (b)11-7pm
       (c) 12-5pm
       (d) 5-7pm
       (e) Evening, after 7pm -extra fee applies.
    6. Greeting message

Order Edit & Update
You can edit your order before the order has been scheduled. A confirmation email is sent to you after the order has been scheduled. Once the order is scheduled, changes to the order may be difficult to achieve however, we will still do our best to update the order. If it's too late the where the order has already been processed, scheduled and prepared, the changes will not be made.

Webside Error

If you receive a website error, please copy the error message and the URL and email our Customer Care gifts@createflowers.com. We will have the issue resolved promptly. Some of the errors may be due to the web server problem. If you are making an order and you receive a website error when clicking on submit, you may check your order login or check your email to see if your order was processed. If you receive an error while making an order, please notify us immediately.
